Felicia Bates Pointer is the President & Founder of Just Us Sistahs Talking, LLC. Her organization began in the confines of her home in 2002. Felicia is committed to the empowerment of women and making a positive impact on society. Over 500 women have attended her annual event which is geared toward networking, sisterhood and entrepreneurship.

Felicia is a native Chicagoan and a graduate of Chicago State University, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Finance and later obtained her Master’s degree in Public Administration from Governors State University.  While she takes no credit for her many accomplishments, her goal is to make an impact in the lives of the women and girls she is blessed to encounter during her daily journey.
